Dear Peter Balaskas

I hope this message finds you well. I recently came across your book, The Grandmaster: Magnus Carlsen and the Match That Made Chess Great Again, and was impressed by [insert personalized detail—e.g., “the incisive narrative that frames chess championship drama within broader psychological and cultural contexts”]. It’s a compelling work that deserves broader visibility among dedicated readers.

I’m reaching out to invite you to feature The Grandmaster on a curated Goodreads Listopia list in its genre. Listopia is a public Goodreads list where readers vote on books, helping increase visibility, engagement, and organic reviews—boosting discoverability among readers actively looking for quality nonfiction.

Participation is simple: if you agree, please reply with “YES” and the book will be added to the list. Many authors have seen measurable visibility increases from this exposure, making it an effective and low‑effort way to connect with new readers.

Thank you for considering this opportunity. I would be delighted to help The Grandmaster reach a broader audience.

Best regards,

MARIE J SOLOMON
